Old Business: none

New Business: Gary Napier, club president, brought up the issue of how the club building gets cleaned every week/month. Previously there have been a few members continuously doing the cleaning. Gary ask the club members for suggestions. Mike Taylor suggested for volunteers and Debbie Muse suggested a ‘sign-up’ sheet. No other suggestions or discussion--a sign-up sheet is beginning with tonight’s meeting. Please look for the sign-in sheet for cleaning duties. If we all take turns, it won’t be hard on anyone.

Curt Herrington ask if members (individually) can use the club building or if the club is sticking by original rules of only letting ‘clubs’ use the building. (eg. ‘clubs’ would be boy/girl scouts, etc)

Club President, Gary Napier, stated decisions on use hadn’t been changed but we are trying to be flexible and we are considering ourselves as a community partner.

Board Member, Debbie Muse, said her understanding was that members would not be allowed to have closed meetings/parties or events that were not open to all club members. Any meetings, parties or events must be open to all club members. The exception is: civic or community clubs such as boy/girl scouts, etc. Debbie keeps the club’s calendar and all events must be scheduled through her.

Club members decided the next rook game would be March 18, 2005...6:30pm. All members are welcome. For snacks, everyone is bringing something to snack on. Both big and little rooks will be used, total game point will be 150pts.

Other business: Jamie Adington ask the club if they would be interested in participating in the ‘County Wide Festival’ to take place in June. No decision made.

Derby Party festivities were discussed, Phillip Adams who normally is in charge said he had already made plans, he thought. No decision made.

A total of $ was raised. Mike Taylor will get a card and write a check to the Robbins’ family from the club.

Rick Muse reported that there would be a hunter education class by the end of the month.
