New Business:

>Steve Isaacs informed the club that on August 14, 3pm (Saturday) in Rockcastle County at Linville Lake there would be a Rockcastle County Bucks & _______________ event everyone is welcome to attend.  There will be an all-you-can-eat fish meal, cost $8.00.  A community fish program will begin at 9am.

>Mike Taylor asked the club for permission to set up a separate bank account for the skeet club until they had finished the project.  Donations are coming in from people who want the money spent on the skeet project and Mike said for bookkeeping reasons this would be simpler.  There would be two names/signatures needed to withdraw from the account (Mike Taylor and Julian Gaunder).   Phillip Adams made motion to set up separate account and Paul French seconded, vote taken, all members said yes.

>Gary Napier suggested the club needed a brochure to explain/describe what the club is all about.   Debbie Muse suggested Stephen Price would be a good person to work on brochure and she volunteered to help him

>Gary Napier asked for feedback from members on our upcoming fish fry.  Does the club want to hold the fish fry back at the fairgrounds or on our club grounds?  Some problems that were thought about were restrooms, parking, space, & serving room.

After much discussion, the members took a vote by standing…only (3) members voted to go back to fairgrounds all others voted to have the fish fry at club grounds.  Gary suggested we have a committee to work on the fish fry, Steve Isaacs made a motion to have a committee, Joe French seconded   R.C. Taylor was selected as chair of the committee.  R.C. asked for names of volunteers to be on his committee.

Date for Fish fry is Sept 18, 5:30pm at the CCSC.

Steve reported that August 7th (Saturday) at 9am, the Bishop Sporting Goods shop wanted to have a shoot at CCSC.  Bishops (Chris & Shannon) are members of the club, they will furnish food, prepare and clean up afterwards.   Steve asked volunteers to help at this event.  R C. Taylor made motion the board approve the increase in funds spent for targets & to allow archery event, Phillip Adams seconded all board members voted yes.
