The monthly meeting was called to order by Gary Napier, President. He also read the minutes from the last meeting. Fifty four members were present.
Curt Herrington gave the blessing on our meal of spaghetti, salad and desserts.
Roll Call: Absent Steve Isaacs, Paul Young, Brenda Williams -Secretary, Mike Taylor, Julian Gander.
Gary Napier gave the financial report. Bill Frazier made the motion to accept and Curt Herrington seconded the motion.
Heat and Air Conditioning have been installed by Larry Pettitt.
Committee reports:
Skeet Range has electric and will be ready soon.
Rifle Range needs a dozier brought in to get started.
Les Gooch has received a check for $563 for corn.
Mike Carrier made and donated a "bait case."
Archery Shoots will be the fourth Saturday of the month.
November 29th will be rook night for club members and friends at 6:30 p.m.
The Club is going to take care of the water for the Quail Club.
December 21st meeting at 6:30 p.m. Bring a gift to be auctioned off and the money donated to the club. Phillip Adams made a motion and R.C. Taylor seconded.
The club will raffle off a 380 Beretta Pistol at the next meeting. Phillip Adams made a motion and Bill Frazier seconded. The long rifle will be held for the fair raffle along with a four wheeler.
Curt Herrington had the closing prayer and the meeting was adjourned.
